What brands do you supply, and what makes them unique?

We supply Davines, Procare Foil, Paper not Foil, Hair Collective Foil, Kasho, Manta and YS Park.

Do you offer any exclusive products or brands that are not available elsewhere?

If you are in our geographic area, which covers most of the Southeast (excluding Central London) then we are the only distributor of Davines. We are the only national distributor of Paper not Foil.

Are your products cruelty-free and environmentally friendly?

Davines is a cruelty-free and environmentally friendly product, it is a certified B corporation and 80% of all ingredients are organically certified, natural or modified natural.

Can you provide samples of your products before I place a large order?

How can I find out more about the ingredients used in your products?

Each product has the list of ingredients printed on the back of every product. The INCI of very product is also published on the Davines Official Website: https://uk.davines.com.

Are there any new product launches or promotions coming up?

All new product launches and promotions are communicated with clients through our mail list. When creating an account, you will be asked if you want to provide an email for this.

Ordering and Delivering Questions

How do I place an order with ADSN Solutions LTD?

There are several ways on how you could place your order:

1. You can call or email your Business Consultant if you have their contact details.

2. You can ring the Office on 01622 791320, they can take your order from you.

3. You can email your order to info@adsnsolutions.com.

4. Coming in 2025 you will be able to use the online Order Portal if you have an account.

What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?

Orders received before 2pm will be sent next day delivery.

How can I track my order once it has been placed?

You can ring the Office on 01622 791320 should you need to track your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified up until 2pm on the day of dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by 2pm on the day of dispatch.

What payment methods do you accept?

If you are an account with us and have completed our Credit Application and Stripe payment setup we offer 30 days credit on all invoices. Payment methods accepted are by debit, credit card or BACS.

Can I view my past orders and reordered products?

Yes, please contact the Office on 01622 791320 to get a statement on previous orders or product analysis information.

Is there a minimum order quantity for placing an order?

There is no minimum order quantity for placing an order.

Can I set up recurring orders for regular supplies?

Yes, speak with your Business Consultant or the Office on 01622 791320 for setting up recurring orders.

Support and Customer Service Questions

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

You should contact your Business Consultant or the Office on 01622 791320 as soon as possible. Any issues must be raised within 7 days of the order being received.

Do you offer any training or support for using your products?

Yes, we offer a host of education offers and support for Salons. Speak with your Business Consultant for further information on Education.

Can you provide recommendations for which products would suit my salon’s needs best?

Yes, your Business Consultant will be able to guide you in products and services to suit the needs of your business best. They will also be able to offer in house Education for your salon.

What sustainability initiatives does ADSN Solutions LTD participate in?

ADSN Solutions Ltd works annually towards sustainability goals and are currently working towards accreditation as a B corporation showing our commitment to working sustainably.

Are your packaging materials recyclable or biodegradable?

Davines packaging is designed considering the goal to abandon the use of virgin materials coming from fossil fuels and to ensure recycling at the end of life.

How does your company reduce its carbon footprint?

We work with brands that are ethically and environmentally focused. ADSN Solutions Ltd is taking actions to reduce our carbon footprint such increasing our proportion of electric vehicles in our fleet, recycling programs and working with environmental charities.
